This time around both Momo and Benzi’s father are missing-in-action and Mom gets only a cameo appearance. Yudale becomes unwilling betrothed and Benzi falls in love at first sight (for the 6th time). She’s sailing on a European cruise, so our guys get jobs on the ship; turns out Yudale’s future father-in-law is their new boss played by Joseph Shiloach, previously their Sargent in Lemon Popsicle 4.
Since LP1, 2, and 3 were retooled into both Last American Virgin and LP5; LP4 is resurrected into LP6. As might be expected, this is the weakest in the series (so far). There are some funny / raunchy sexual escapades incorporated into the mix that are rather good even if reworked for the umpteenth time. But that didn’t stop the Three Stooges, did it? Speaking of which, Avi Hadash is back as 4th popsicle Froyke, and is again the brunt of Yudale’s slaps though he doesn’t get much more screen time than before and hardly fills Momo’s shoes. Instead, some new guy goes first to score with the fortune teller before Yudale tries and . . . .
Another full screen and merely sufficient transfer in Hebrew with English subtitles. The soundtrack does include a few rock ‘n roll oldies with several instances of ‘For Your Love’ by the Yardbirds, but Domenico Modugno comes from outta left field.
There is a groan inducing scene where the boys and their dates watch ‘home movies’ of the nympho scene from LP1, presumably so that Momo could be included in the film. Their dates aren’t impressed, either.
