Synopsis: Asami is having an affair with her boss who refuses to leave his wife. Asami father tries to arrange a marriage for her with a man who repulses her. Asami meets a young man who sells chickens and she quickly falls in love with him and his simple life. Torn between forbidden and real love Asami needs to make up her mind before the right man walks out of her life forever.

Erotic Diary of an Office Lady was directed by Masaru Konuma who also directed suck Pink Eigu classics like Flower & Snake ‘74’, Cloistered Nun: Runa’s Confession and a Wife to be Sacrificed. Erotic Diary of an Office Lady is another visually opulent wet dream from director Masaru Konuma who eye for framing the unusual or eye catching shot is virtually unmatchable. There are a few memorable moments in the film like first love scene between Asami and her boss. The end result is one of the most erotic scenes you find in any Roman Porno. Another memorable scene and my favorite moment in the film is when Asami finally realizes her love for the young who sells chickens. They make love on the floor with hundreds of chickens chirping around them.

The plot is more like a series of vignettes/sexual encounters that are loosely related to the story of Asami and her love triangle. The story is easy to follow and the sex and plot are about even with the sex taking the lead as the more satisfying part of the film. Acting wise nothing really stands out. All of the actresses with prominent roles are all attractive. In the lead role of Asami is an actress named Asami Ogawa  who also starred in such Pinku Eigu classic like Uniform Girls: The Fruit Is Ripe and Star of David: Beauty Hunting. Ultimately Erotic Diary of an Office Lady may not have a deeper message like most of Masaru Konuma’s other Roman Porno and what it lacks in morals it more than makes up for with its trashiness.

The DVD:

Erotic Diary of an Office Lady is presented in an anamorphic widescreen which preserves the film’s original aspect ratio. The source material used is in excellent shape as color look vibrant and flesh tones looks accurate. Details look razor sharp throughout and there is no noticeable print damage.

This release comes with one audio option the film’s original Japanese language track presented in a Dolby Digital mono. Removable English subtitles have been included and the audio sounds evenly mixed and free of any defects.

The extras for this release consist of a trailer for the film and a bio for Masaru Konuma. Erotic Diary of an Office Lady is another solid “Pinku Eiga” release from Kimstim.
