Volume II continues the same format with 5 hardcore adult loops each featuring boy/girl, 3 or more, and lesbians. The contents are generally less kinky this time around and in better condition, with only ‘Shower with a Friend’ appearing washed out. Most of the performers seem to be amateur free-love hippie types getting it on more for fun than anything else (and the cameramen as well), but there are a few stars that can be spotted on occasion.

The boy/girl scenes are pretty typical stag fare, including the requisite John Holmes appearance. There’s another ‘home invasion’ short; why do rapists think forced fellatio is a good idea? Apparently it was all just role playing and no studs were castrated during the making of this film.

The group scenes are rather jumbled and it’s hard to distinguish individuals, though the last one, ‘Carpenter and the Cutie’ begins as interracial lez featuring a very young Desiree Cousteau before being joined by an uninvited black dude for a threesome. She is very young here and apparently this was prior to her breast enhancement surgery.

Now, it’s the lesbian loops that are the stand outs here in Volume II. These ladies look as if they are actually having a lot of fun, and the shorts are subsequently fun to watch. ‘Women In Love’ starts out with a couple making out in a public playground – but that guy isn’t a guy at all. Next up is ‘Lezzie Virgins’ with Connie Peterson and Sue Pearlman (aka Tawny Pearl), followed by ‘Lovely Lesbians’ with a very young and trim Candida Royalle.

The DVD:

Impulse presents 15 8mm shorts newly transferred from existing film elements. Most of the 15 shorts presented are in good or better condition. There is no sound other than synthetic projector noise. The picture on the cover is Candida Royalle, but taken from a later period than the short included. Liner notes are provided that wax eloquent regarding the Desiree Cousteau footage.
